These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") explain the rules for using Impact 1 Training's website, youth fitness services, mentorship programs, character formation support, scheduling tools, client communication, billing support, and related internal administrative automations.

Impact 1 Training works with youth and their families to support fitness, confidence, discipline, accountability, character formation, and mentorship through structured sessions and related services.

1. Who We Are

Impact 1 Training provides youth fitness training, character formation, mentorship, scheduling, parent communication, billing support, and related administrative services. Some internal tools may connect to business systems such as QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Workspace, Slack, ClassWallet, and other approved platforms to help manage reporting, payments, client records, scheduling, and operations.

2. Purpose of the Tools

Impact 1 Training may use internal software tools and automations to review financial activity and business performance, generate reports for internal business use, track invoices, payments, expenses, and upcoming obligations, support client scheduling and administrative follow-up, communicate with team members, clients, parents, or guardians when appropriate, support ESA invoice tracking and reminders, and improve accuracy and efficiency in business operations.

These tools are intended for authorized business and administrative use only.

3. Authorized Use

You agree to use Impact 1 Training services and related tools only for lawful, appropriate, and authorized purposes. You may not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, access without permission, or attempt to disrupt any Impact 1 Training system, account, automation, report, or connected service.

4. Youth Services and Parent Communication

Impact 1 Training may communicate with parents or guardians about scheduling, attendance, invoices, payments, ESA documentation, program updates, and other administrative items related to a youth participant's involvement. These communications are intended to keep fitness sessions, mentorship support, billing, and administrative requirements organized and current.

5. Financial and Administrative Information

Some internal tools may process business financial information, including payments, invoices, expenses, revenue, account balances, and related reporting data. These tools are used for internal business review and planning. Reports generated by these tools are informational and should be reviewed for accuracy before being used for final accounting, tax, legal, or financial decisions.

6. Third-Party Services

Impact 1 Training may use trusted third-party platforms, including but not limited to QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Workspace, Slack, and ClassWallet. Use of those services may also be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and account permissions.

Impact 1 Training is not responsible for outages, errors, changes, or limitations caused by third-party services.

7. Privacy and Data
